**Vendor spaces are currently full on the interior of the square. You can still apply for the extended vendor zone or be added to the waitlist.**
The Slawburger Festival Vendor Application is designed to ensure a safe, fair, and high-quality experience for all vendors, attendees, and downtown businesses. All vendors must complete and submit an application to be considered for participation in the festival. Vendor spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-reviewed basis once applications are approved.
All applications are juried by the Main Street Board of Directors, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Once accepted, vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Main Street Board of Directors reserves the right to deny any application that does not align with festival guidelines, community standards, or the overall mission of the event. Vendors are expected to comply fully with all setup, safety, and operational requirements throughout the festival.
The Slawburger Festival welcomes a curated mix of vendors that contribute to a family-friendly, community-focused atmosphere. Accepted vendors include:
Businesses selling tangible, physical products, such as:
Handmade or artisan goods
Retail merchandise
Food-related items (non-prepared unless otherwise approved)
Specialty products aligned with festival themes
Select non-profit organizations, accepted at the discretion of the Main Street Board of Directors
Vendors whose products and presentation enhance the Slawburger Festival experience and Downtown Fayetteville
Politically affiliated businesses or organizations
Political messaging, propaganda, or advocacy booths
Advertising-only booths or promotional displays without a tangible product
Unapproved vendors or groups setting up without authorization
All products and displays must be appropriate for a public, family-friendly event. The Main Street Board of Directors reserves the right to prohibit any materials or displays deemed inappropriate.
